5 common questions answered
NHTSA recall information identifies concerns involving the steering and steering wheel, side curtain air bags, and front suspension coil springs. A steering wheel assembly could separate from the steering column and cause loss of control. A side curtain air bag component could detach during deployment, reducing protection or entering the cabin. A fractured front coil spring could puncture a tire and contribute to loss of control. Because these conditions can raise crash or injury risk, waiting is not wise.
