Hyundai is Adding Tech to Blue Link That Can Save You $750 OFF Subscription Costs

Hyundai has added more technology to it 2018 lineup, and the tech is looking even more inexpensive. At the New York Auto Show, Hyundai announced that Blue Link remote service will be free for three years on the 2017 Ioniq and on all 2018 models to come, starting with the Elantra GT, Sonata and Santa Fe Sport.

Blue Link is a comprehensive safety and car care package that offers peace of mind and state of the art technology. With Blue Link Connected Care, in the event of an accident, no matter where you are, trained operators are standing by to provide assistance and emergency help. Blue Link was complimentary for one year on most new Hyundai vehicles, but has gotten a cheaper upgrade to three years. Key features between all packages include: SOS Emergency Assistance, Remote Start/Lock/Unlock, Destination Search powered by Google, and a Monthly Vehicle Health Report. An anticipated key function that will get an update with Blue Link for 2018, will allow control of the rear defroster and heated side mirrors on the coming Elantra GT and Sonata.

Along with the savings on Blue Link, if a new buyer subscribes, they can get three free months of the Remote and Guidance packages, and a free year of the Connected Car Package. After the free trial, each package will cost $99 per year. Blue Link is also compatible with Android Wear, which allows you to speak your command or touch the display on your smartwatch to select a feature for Blue Link to do the following:
